How long does shipping take?
shipping for items such as lashes, sunglasses, and clothing can take anywhere from 7-10 days. International shipping may take longer.
No returns or exchanges on items due to COVID-19.
What areas do you delivery to and how does delivery work?
Deliverys are Tuesday 10am- 7pm
What Happends if my items arrive damaged?
If items are damaged during shipping please email Kindra@sassybeautybykindra.com with photos of damaged item/s and another item will be shipped to you. Please include order number in subject bar for faster response time.
My Package says delivered but i cannot find it ?
once order have been shipped, it is out of our hands to cancel or edit order. if shipping is lost by usps please contact usps.com/missingmail and they will better assist you. if you paid for priority mail you will be refunded for up to 50 dollars if shipping is lost or stolen. The refund will come from usps not sassybeautybykindra.com
How do I edit my order?
you may edit your order within the first 24 hours please send a email to Kindra@sassybeautybykindra.com and include order number in subject line please be very specific if there is a price adjustment we will send a invoice for the remaining balance and your order will not ship until balance paid.
How do i cancel my order ?
Please send a email to Kindra@sassybeautybykindra.com include your order number and also your name in subject. and your order will be cancelled within 24 Hours.
